From the outset and throughout the process, Lou made himself extremely available to us. Lou was extremely helpful in our home search from the very beginning all the way up until the very end. This was our first time buying a home so we had a lot of questions. I work in an industry where you’re often answering a lot of questions for people who don’t understand your industry at all. Lou nailed it.
