Another home sold! This house is amazing! A “Mid-Mod Med” time capsule home, this was the dream home of its owners, who had it built in the late ’60s by architect Roland Schapanski. The house is an exercise in true customization, with a four-car garage under the home (in addition to the primary 2-car garage!), redundant HVAC systems, hidden closets everywhere, and beautiful natural materials used throughout. What a fun listing!
