Another home sold! This was really a fun listing to work on! Based on a design by architect Dean Bryant Vollendorf called “Baysweep”, the original owner (and builder) of this house modeled the home on Vollendorf’s design, but making some changes to suit his family’s needs. Several years later, he added the lower level and pool. My clients were only in the house a few years, but they made a number of changes and improvements to the property and are now moving on to the next chapter in their lives.
